Bishop Wayne Ballakistan

Bishop Wayne Ballakistan and his wife Pastor Moira are the founders of Victory Tabernacle Community Church in Reiger Park, Boksburg, South Africa.

Having always been sure about the calling on his life, his journey to ministry was propelled by numerous prophecies, which confirmed this was God’s plan for him.

The grace he and his family have received in ministry is a testament to this.

Building on his foundational theological training and study he undertook at Bible seminary in Israel, later graduating with his Batchelors Degree in Theology.

He further holds a degree in Law. He is a Law Practitioner, a Senior Commissioner, a Arbitrator, an expert specializing in Labour Law.

Bishop Wayne served faithfully for over 15 years in his previous church until he was released to start the ministry – Victory Tabernacle Community Church.

During this time, he has been able to combine his theological study and ministry experience to build a thriving church.

He currently serves as The Apostolic oversight for Jabula New Life Ministries International in the capacity of Bishop for Sub-Sahara Africa.

Bishop Wayne and Pastor Moira are also the Apostolic covering for three other campuses on the East Rand and East London.

He is well known and respected for his commitment to the reconciliation and transformation of the lives of those who are disadvantaged and disenfranchised.

A consultant to various non-profit organisations, counsel to many and a trustee on various Multi-million rand Pension Fund schemes.
